Bishop Curtis Montgomery House

Bishop Montgomery House is a $33 million dollar affordable housing project for seniors in the Hilltop neighborhood in Tacoma, Washington. It will feature 65 one-bedroom units renting at 30% and 40% of Area Median Income. It will be built on surplus land owned by the Greater Christ Temple Church who will be a long-term partner in the project along with Human Good Affordable Housing. Trainor and Associates developed a strategic plan for the project, completed a market study, conducted due diligence, developed an RFP, directed the developer selection process and is consulting on the development management process.
