  • Conduct preliminary due diligence to isolate any condition that would preclude development or rehabilitation


RFP & Developer Selection

  • Compose an RFP for presentation to a select group of qualified affordable housing developers and direct the selection process


Development Management

  • Provide design and construction management services to the organization to ensure the project is completed on-time and on-budget
