Inventory and Market Study

Analyze all organization-owned property and land and determine suitability for affordable housing development. Suitable projects will be placed in context of local markets

Strategic Planning

Compose a Strategic Plan identifying product type, size, cost and financial cost and financial benefit

Due Diligence

Conduct preliminary due diligence to isolate any condition that would preclude development or rehabilitation

RFP & Developer Selection

Compose an RFP for presentation to a select group of qualified affordable housing developers and direct the selection process

Development Management

Provide design and construction management services to the organization to ensure the project is completed on-time and on-budget
